Once completed, please email the application form to:

Await Review & Payment
After receiving your application, the association will review it. Once approved, you will become an official member and enjoy exclusive member benefits.
Upon approval, please complete the payment as follows:
Enrollment Fee: NT$500 (one-time payment for the first year only)
Annual Membership Fee: NT$1,500 (renewed each year)
Total for the first year: NT$2,000. From the second year onward, only the annual fee of NT$1,500 applies.
